Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Commercial Ovens Hub, we specialize in the safe and timely delivery of professional-grade cooking equipment across the United States. Since our products range from standard models to heavy-duty custom builds, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Lead Times

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within  1–5 business days

  • Custom Ovens: Because our custom units are built to your specific requirements, lead times vary. Generally, custom builds take 4–8 weeks from design approval to shipping. You will receive regular updates during the manufacturing process.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Due to the size and weight of commercial ovens, we utilize Freight Shipping (LTL - Less Than Truckload) via reputable national carriers.

  • All shipments are professionally crated and secured to prevent damage during transit.

3. Delivery Types

  • Standard Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver the crate to the curb or loading dock of your business.

  • Liftgate Service: If your facility does not have a loading dock, please notify us at the time of order so we can arrange a truck with a liftgate (additional fees may apply).

  • Inside Delivery: This is not included in standard shipping. Please contact us if you require white-glove inside delivery and installation services.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the oven and the delivery destination (Zip Code).

  • Free Quotes: For custom orders, we provide a detailed shipping quote along with your oven's price.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery (Crucial)

Important: You must inspect the crate and the oven for any visible damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

  • If you notice any damage, please note it clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and contact us immediately at 571-466-9791.

  • If the damage is severe, refuse the shipment.

6. Service Areas

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
